If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received online, mail and telephone. CAN-SPAM Compliance
In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, all email sent from our organization will clearly state who the email is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners by reading the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of any email they receive from us at anytime.

Credit Card information and other sensitive information is never transmitted via email.
Jason Won LLC may use software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.
For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, Jason Won LLC uses software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

Refund Policy 
Refund Policies are subjected to change.
If offered a guarantee from our team or due to any "special" events we are running: 
We hold a very sensible ‘Do The Work’ Refund policy which basically means you have to prove you’ve gone through the program, complete all the required exercises given, attended every coaching call, and answer a few questions which we’ll ask you once you can prove to us that you’ve done the work and then we’ll have the unilateral discretion to grant a refund. If you want a refund, contact us within the allotted time frame after purchasing the program, and prove you’ve done everything that was available to you within the timeframe and we’ll send some follow up questions.
If you decide your purchase was not the right decision for you and your health goals, please contact me at [email protected] within the allotted time past enrollment. You must include proof from Trainerize that you've done >90% of the exercises, attended every group coaching call on Zoom, requested help from either a Pain Free Academy team member OR requested help in the Pain Free Academy Facebook group at least five times with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include proof of work by the final day, you will not be granted a refund. All refunds are discretionary as determined by Jason Won LLC.
We are about honesty, fairness and customer satisfaction and have no problem issuing a full refund if you’ve actually tried your best and done the work but the program was not fitting for your health and/or fitness goals.
      An example of a situation where we wouldn’t give a refund is if someone doesn’t put in any effort, doesn’t try at the exercises provided by the coach or team, doesn’t take full responsibility for their own success and then asks for their money back. We also do not offer refunds for the following: (1) attempts to use the refund policy as a way to opt-out of any existing financial obligation and/or payment plan already committed to us upon signing up for our program, (2) change of health or fitness goals after purchasing the program, and/or (3) inability to complete the program due to any other financial obligations that arise before or during the program.
      An example of a situation where we would give a refund is if you do the entire program within the guarantee timeframe, tried your best, share with us what you learned and then give an objectively fair reason why you want your money back. This means we are expecting the following documents and tasks to be completed:
- Proof of 90% of the exercises being completed on Trainerize. We will not accept clicking through all the exercises and falsely claim that you've performed them. We also have record of the days that you perform the exercises, and will check your account for compliance with the exercises provided to you.
- Proof of attending 100% of group coaching calls as we do mark attendance within the zoom room, or what would be acceptable is marking on the Facebook group that you watched the recording and must show on a 1 page document that you took notes and implemented what you learned on the recorded coaching call.
- A link to any handouts, spreadsheets, or other forms of education proving that you have recorded and implemented the teachings accordingly and have made an effort of using our strategies with screenshots include.
- Any photos or videos submitted to your coach as proof that you did the exercises or requested feedback from your coach or any team member in the Pain Free Academy.
Screenshots of the following:
- Proof of any spreadsheet, handouts, or trackable medium that your coach or any team member has given you with full documentation.
- Screenshots of at minimum 5 emails, direct messages, or posts within the Facebook group that you requested assistance with getting through the program in times that you felt 1. you were struggling, 2. you were still feeling some pain and had questions about how to solve it, 3. you needed further accountabiilty from your coach, the Pain Free Academy team, or other peers within the group to achieve your goals. Failure to show effort in reaching out via any of the following mediums will not be granted a refund.
Proof of active participation, initiative, and responsiveness in the private PFA student Facebook community
A minimum one-page write up on the top 3 lessons you learned from the program and a fair reason of why you think the program didn’t work for you.
These rules are objectively set regardless of time of request of refund. For example, if you request a refund at the 7th or the 14th day, the rules of receiving a refund still apply, reiterating that it is a strict 'Do The Work' refund policy and prorated refunds will not be granted at all for any other reason other than you've done the work, showed proof that you've done the work and exhausted all measures to attempt to achieve your health and fitness goals, and submit proof of the aforementioned items above. 
Client Obligations
All clients in the PFA are required to complete the entire 12 month duration of the program until their graduation date. They are not obligated to continue beyond their graduation date unless they feel it is necessary to receive ongoing support. Clients cannot quit any program early for 1) financial purposes, 2) not seeing results early on in program, 3) wanting to participate in another program outside of the current program, or 4) any other extenuating circumstance with which the client decides he/she no longer is willing to participate in the program. Whether programs are paid in full or broken down into payments to enable the client to participate at a less upfront cost, clients are obligated to pay the full amount discussed and remain in the program regardless of their participation level in the program. Clients therefore are highly recommended to participate fully throughout the program, as we do not allow any clients to discontinue their program early. If clients do achieve their goals early through full participation, clients are still obligated to finish their program until their graduation date. Clients can create new goals, have new incentives for their health and fitness, and team members are able to support them fully with the newly created goals. 
Breaking Payment Plans + Discontinued Payments.
In the event that you break your agreed upon payment plan, our team will permit a one month grace period and will actively work with you to get payments back on track. However, after one month of delinquent payments, you will be charged 10% per month of your monthly total for every 2 weeks thereafter, that you either pause or discontinue your payment plan for up to 3 months. The 10% late fee will only commence after your initial one month month grace period.
For example: If you pay 750 every 2 weeks, then fail to pay after the 4th week and you also fail to get back on track after one month, you will owe $75.00 for EACH two week period (up to 3 months) that your account sits inactive. You will have to pay this amount before you can re-access your account. After 10 delinquent payments, it is up to sole discretion of our team to allow you to continue within our program or not, due to the vast amount of time passed.
Please note: As long as your payments are made up within our one month grace period, PFA students will still receive the full duration of access to our program and community and be eligible to continue for further coaching thereafter. For each delinquent payment beyond our 1 month grace period, this will results in the 10% fee every 2 weeks until full payment of the program is made.
